These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of e service’s Website, located at eta-gvt.com.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Eta-gvt.com is part of  immigration E services whihc  is service provider who specialized in facilitating/consultancy for Travel & Tours services for International traveler around the globe. We apply/book for e-visa ETA and travel documents on behalf of the International visitors.

Standard ETA is issued within three to five working days, but please be aware that very occasionally there can be unforeseen technical problems which might cause delays or rejected. We cannot bear any responsibility in such circumstances: eta-gvt.com is a third-party tourism  service agency that works as an agent between the applicant and the Visa Portal of immigration department.

Once payment has been made, refunds or any kind of amendment is not possible so applicants should check details carefully.

The eTA electronic travel authorization is only valid with the passport for which it was issued. If an applicant changed his/her passport after visa confirmation so in that case previous eta is not valid for travel. You will need to re-apply for a new visa using the new passport number and details.

We don’t provide the applicant’s details to any third party or organization and all the information we collect are strictly for the purpose of ensuring visa approval for the applicants.

Please note, Visa is non expandable and non-refundable.

Visitors can apply for a new ETA electronic visa only after leaving the territory of the Sri Lanka.

e services reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
